Watch the world glow...

Studies show that the blue light given off by LED screens can slow and/or stop melatonin from producing. Our brains release this hormone to signal that it is time for bed... but we have entered the social media age, the age of constant screen exposure and addiction. Our circadian rhythms begin to fall apart as we enter into the rhythm of the Royal Blue Daydream instead...
